Job Overview
The Program and Operations Lead supports workforce development and daily operations at Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats® (AGGDT), focusing on building an inclusive team and maintaining consistent, people-centered workflows.
AGGDT is a nonprofit social enterprise where people come first and the treats are the vehicle, creating competitive integrated employment (CIE) opportunities with a strong emphasis on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), while fostering a workplace where individuals of all abilities can thrive.
This part-time role ensures strong team support, smooth operations, and meaningful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
People First Leadership and Workforce Development

Lead and support team members in a positive, inclusive work environment

Implement AGGDT’s training model and adapt tasks to support diverse learning needs

Collaborate with job coaches to ensure appropriate supports are in place

Support the development and ongoing progress of individualized professional goals for each team member

Foster a culture rooted in respect, accessibility, and growth
Workforce Operations and Coordination

Support daily operations during production by guiding team flow and ensuring a consistent, supportive work environment

Coordinate schedules and team support needs to align with production and market demands

Monitor inventory needs and ensure products are prepared for markets and sales

Support preparation for market events, including team readiness

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and communicate needs, challenges, and progress
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is both people-centered and operationally strong.

Experience in workforce development, operations, special education, or a related field

Experience supporting individuals with diverse learning needs (IDD experience preferred)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to create structure while remaining flexible

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Passion for inclusive employment and people-first environments
Desired Skills

Experience with adaptive curriculum, task analysis, or universal design
