Chapter 01

Getting a puppy is an exciting time, but mixed with that excitement, your mind is full of questions of things you will need for the newest member of your household. What food should I buy? What leash and or other supplies do I need to help my new best friend settle into their new home?
One of the most important questions is what kind of treats to buy to reward my pup? This may seem like a difficult question on the surface. After all, there are a myriad of choices out there. But for me, the answer to that question was an easy one: Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats. My puppy, Gabe, is a three month old Chesapeake Bay Retriever and he loves the Bacon and Cheese training bits, as well as the Pumpkin/ Peanut Butter bits. He wriggles with excitement and anticipation just hearing the bag rattle.

Thanks to Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats, Gabe has already learned many commands: Sit, Stay, (Lay) Down and he is in the process of learning many more. Most importantly, by using these treats, Gabe has learned not to chase my cats or my two pet Peking ducks, Corona and Virus. These treats work perfectly for positive reinforcement of good behavior.
Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats are so much more than a helpful training tool. They are a healthy treat alternative for your beloved pooch. Traditional dog treats continue to be recalled because of salmonella, mold, and even metal shards. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) continues to warn dog owners about pet treats with ingredients imported from China. Unlike the top brands that use preservatives for a long shelf life, Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats are baked in small batches with no preservatives using the best human-quality ingredients.

Not only will Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats satisfy that K-9 craving for a yummy snack, each bag represents something far more important, FULFILLMENT. Studies show that 80 to 90 percent of people with disabilities are unemployed. Speaking as a member of the disability community (I have Cerebral Palsy and work as a freelance journalist), I know that a job is far more than just earning a paycheck. It is a passion and a way for us to feel like a productive part of the community. We do have something to offer and everyone has different gifts just waiting for the opportunity to share them.

I know Arin is passionate about her Good Girl, Posey, and I know that passion and love is poured into each batch. So that’s why I’m proud to say that Gabe is one satisfied consumer of Arin’s Good Girl Dog Treats. Go ahead, give them a try. I’m sure your furry friend will love them also.
